The ZMUX-102E16H features a standard 19-inch, 1U rack‑mount design that is compact and aesthetically pleasing, making it suitable for installation in standard cabinets. It provides two STM‑1 optical interfaces and sixteen E1/2M electrical interfaces, enabling any cross‑connection between STM‑1 over STM‑1, STM‑1 over E1, or E1 over E1.   Product Overview


The ZMUX-102E16H is an SDH optical‑electrical cross‑connect device independently developed by Guangzhou YinXun. It is primarily used for voice‑signal cross‑connection and scheduling in the ZMUX series access equipment, as well as for SDH relay transmission. This device has achieved 100% domestic production and full independent control.

Hardware-wise, it adopts a 19-inch 1U standard rack design, offering two STM‑1 optical interfaces and sixteen E1/2M electrical interfaces, with support for arbitrary timeslot cross‑connection between STM‑1 and E1. The relay link can be configured as either STM‑1 or E1 and supports dual‑link redundancy protection. Power supply features dual redundant power boards—compatible with dual AC, dual DC, or mixed AC/DC—and includes real-time power monitoring.

        Strong cross-functional capabilities:
1) STM-1 optical-to-optical cross-connect: Voice signals can be arbitrarily cross-connected between any two optical ports.
2) STM-1 optical–E1 cross-connect: Supports arbitrary cross-connection of voice signals between two optical ports and sixteen electrical E1 ports.
3) E1-to-E1 cross-connection: Any voice signal can be cross-connected between the 16 E1 electrical ports.
        Transmission Line: Users can freely select either an STM‑1 or E1 line as the relay transmission link, with support for dual‑link protection switching.
        Easy maintenance: The STM‑1 optical port and the E1 electrical port support software‑based loopback detection (both internal and external loops), and the STM‑1 optical port uses SFP optical modules that are hot‑swappable.
        Enhanced Alarm Indication: The front panel is equipped with comprehensive, well‑designed status indicators for both optical and E1 interfaces, enabling rapid identification of faults on fiber optic and E1 lines.
        Network management and monitoring: Provides an RS485 monitoring interface and supports both in-band and out-of-band management. It enables real-time online monitoring of device operating status, STM‑1 optical port status, and E1 line status.
