RS Company’s XU4200 Radio Communication and Transmission System Solution
Guangzhou YinXun has launched a remote communication solution for civil aviation airports, specifically designed to interface with R&S’s XU4200 radio and the GB4000V remote control unit. The system employs ZMUX-series multiplexing equipment to enable fiber‑optic or E1 transmission between the central air traffic control building and remote stations. The ZMUX series supports dual‑path primary‑backup protection switching and features centralized monitoring along with SMS‑based alarm notifications. With a modular architecture, the equipment can accommodate a variety of service modules, meeting the comprehensive communication needs of airport meteorology, radar, navigation, and other systems. This solution has already been deployed in the dedicated air traffic control networks of more than 100 domestic airports.
Emergency Communication Plan for Highway Tunnels
Guangzhou YinXun Expressway Tunnel Emergency Communication Solution: Based on the ZMUX-32 optical transceiver, this solution extends 30 bureau‑level telephone lines to the tunnel via fiber optic cable, enabling rapid communication in emergencies. It supports internal calls as well as external dialing and features 4,000 V surge protection, ensuring tunnel traffic safety.
VHF/Radar data IP, E1, and fiber-optic triple-link protection transmission
Guangzhou YinXun offers a triple‑link protection solution for VHF/radar data, leveraging the ZMUX‑4102 platform to enable automatic switching among IP, E1, and fiber‑optic links. As long as any single link remains operational, reliable transmission of meteorological self‑observation signals is ensured. The system supports centralized network‑wide monitoring and is well suited for high‑reliability applications such as air traffic control and civil aviation.
Maritime Safety Administration’s Unattended VHF Radio Protection and Transmission Scheme
Maritime Bureau’s Unattended VHF Radio Protection Scheme: N:1 remote switching, instant fault recovery, ensuring uninterrupted communications.
Multi-service Communication Transmission System with “Dual-IP Link Protection”
A dual-IP link protection solution that, by monitoring network quality in real time, automatically switches between IP routes from different carriers, ensuring uninterrupted transmission of multiple services.
Telecom 2M Cable Cutover Plan (Uninterrupted Communication)
Key VIP users of China Telecom’s E1 data services include critical entities such as the power sector, banks, and government agencies. Any interruption to these vital E1 circuits can have significant repercussions. To enhance communication reliability, China Telecom offers two distinct transmission routes—two separate E1 channels—and employs non‑disruptive automatic switching equipment to facilitate seamless handover between primary and backup E1 links, enabling 1+1 hot standby.
A certain Beijing subway E1 protection common‑line ring transmission system
Through discussions with technical personnel from a Beijing subway operator and drawing on our design and R&D expertise in rail‑transit private‑network communications, we have proposed a co‑line ring transmission system solution for the subway’s power‑and‑environment monitoring data, featuring E1‑link protection. This solution ensures rational and comprehensive system configuration while addressing specific requirements related to service scale, network architecture, maintenance and management, security control, and emergency response, while also accounting for the future continuity and scalability of services and applications.
Fiber-optic communication solution for military voice and video data
The local office is equipped with two PCM multiplexers, each establishing point-to-point links with remote sites A and B. These PCM devices are cascaded through eight E1 optical transceivers, which are used to transmit data over optical fiber.
Scheme for Substation Electrical Energy Acquisition and Communication
For substation electrical energy data acquisition and communication systems, the solution ensures stable operation and high levels of data integrity, online availability, timeliness, and accuracy. It effectively addresses recurring faults, line disconnections, and packet loss, thereby guaranteeing reliable and accurate data transmission through the acquisition terminals’ communication channels.
Coastal Radio Station Emergency Communication System Plan
To ensure the smooth and reliable operation of communication services, coastal radio stations employ 2 Mbit/s digital transmission channels—such as digital microwave equipment and optical transceivers—and utilize PCM access devices to multiplex services onto these 2 Mbit/s channels. Coupled with 2 Mbit/s channel automatic switchover equipment that operates without signal degradation, this approach significantly enhances the security and reliability of channel transmission.
