  Product Overview

ZMUX-DS-24 is a high-speed, high-capacity active radar data distributor independently developed by Guangzhou Yinxun Comm.Tech.Co..Ltd for the civil aviation air traffic control sector. The device provides up to 24 radar interfaces and supports rates of up to 64 Kbps, breaking through the traditional 19.2 Kbps bottleneck and fully meeting the future requirements for radar data rate upgrades.

The ZMUX-DS-24 not only provides radar signal distribution but also integrates radar data selection and comparison: it performs quality assessments on two or more incoming radar data streams and automatically selects and outputs the highest‑quality data. These two functions can be flexibly combined, ensuring comprehensive high‑security, high‑reliability performance for air traffic control radar signals.

The ZMUX-DS-24 features a 19-inch, 1U standard rack-mount design, with dual power supplies in a 1+1 redundancy configuration. It is easy to install and maintain, offering an economical and efficient professional solution for air traffic control communication systems.

  Core Features and Highlights

Any port combination (Arbitrary topology. Customizable on demand.)

24‑channel radar interface, configurable in multiple allocation/selection modes.

                 Example: Group 2, 1 minute 11 seconds; or Group 3, 1 minute 7 seconds; or Group 2, 1 minute 8 seconds plus 1 second, and Group 1, 1 minute 4 seconds.

Each port is independently configured for either input (master) or output (slave) direction.

24 independent push-button switches for convenient and efficient on-site maintenance.

Comprehensive rate coverage (Smooth Evolution. Future-Oriented)

                 Supports 9.6K / 19.2K / 38.4K / 48K / 64Kbps

The input and output port rates can be configured independently (e.g., master 38.4 K → slave 64 K).

The clock mode can be configured as either internal or external, and it is compatible with mainstream radar interface standards.

Breaking through the traditional 19.2K bottleneck to meet the demands of radar data acceleration and upgrades.

Allocation + Comparative Selection Integration (High availability. Seamless failover)

Within the same device, flexible hybrid configurations supporting both allocation and selection modes are supported.

Selection Mode: Multi‑channel radar data quality assessment with automatic optimal output selection.

Supports dual‑path redundancy—ground‑based wired and airborne wireless—eliminating signal blind spots.

Providing robust support for civil aviation dual‑path transmission services.

Intelligent Network Management (Unattended. Ultra-simplified operations and maintenance)

Centralized Network Management: Real-time monitoring of device, interface, and power status.

Remote Fault Diagnosis & Remote Firmware Upgrade

Prevent ghosting on the display caused by incorrect input of radar signals.

The front-panel indicator lights provide a clear visual display of the mode and communication status for each channel.

Carrier-grade reliability (Dual power supply. System continuity)

Dual-power 1+1 hot backup (optional mixed AC 220V/DC -48V input)

19-inch 1U standard rack-mount, compatible with various data center environments.

                 Industrial-grade design, MTBF > 100,000 hours

Complies with the technical standards for civil aviation communication equipment.
