The ZMUX-1100 is a high-capacity PDH optical transmission device that, through flexible configuration of PDH tributary boards, enables converged access for E1 (2 Mbit/s) circuit services and network data services. ZMUX-1100 is a centralized PDH optical transmission device designed by Guangzhou Yinxun Comm.Tech.Co..Ltd. specifically for high-capacity, high-density application scenarios. It aims to provide a high-density, multi-service, and flexibly scalable fiber-optic access solution for the central node at the exchange side. By flexibly configuring PDH tributary boards, it enables the integrated access of E1 (2M) circuit services and network data services, meeting the growing demand of industry private network users for high-speed data and complex service access.

           Large capacity and multi-directional networking

                 High-capacity design: 19-inch 6U chassis, with 14 service board slots and 2 power supply board slots.

                 Multi‑directional aggregation: A single system supports up to 14 independent optical paths, with each path capable of independently connecting to remote devices, enabling centralized aggregation from a central point to multiple endpoints.

                 Smooth scaling: The service line cards support hot-swapping, enabling capacity expansion without downtime and ensuring business continuity.

 


           Industrial-grade reliability design

                 Power redundancy: Dual power supply boards with 1+1 redundancy; automatic switchover in the event of a module failure ensures stable device operation.

                 Fault Isolation: Physical channel isolation at the board level ensures that a single-board failure does not affect other services, thereby enhancing system reliability.

 


           E1 and IP service convergence

                 Dual-service platform: A single PDH line card simultaneously supports E1 circuits and 10/100 Mbps Ethernet data transmission.

                 High-Density Interfaces: Each line card supports up to 16 E1 interfaces and 2 shared 100 Mbps Ethernet interfaces, with the number of interface cards configurable as needed.

 


           Modular Design and Flexible Scalability

                 Independent board‑card architecture: All service boards are implemented as standalone modules that plug into universal slots, supporting hot swapping and facilitating easy maintenance.

                 Rich variety of interface cards: Offers more than 20 types of service cards, including audio (telephone, magneto, 2/4-wire), data (RS-232/485, V.35), Ethernet, and others, which can be configured in mixed‑card configurations.

                 On-demand scaling: Add or replace line cards as business demands grow, enabling seamless capacity expansion and pay-as-you-go investment.

                 Spare Parts Commonality: The service line cards exhibit high commonality, reducing spare parts inventory costs and enhancing operations and maintenance efficiency.

 


           Intelligent Operations and Maintenance Management

                 Visualization-based network management: The Yinxun GZYX_NMS_V3.0 network management platform enables topology monitoring, NE management, performance management, configuration management, fault management, log management, and more.

                 Access method: Optional RS232/485 or Ethernet, supporting remote maintenance and management.

                 Centralized monitoring: information on operating status, power status, link status, port status, and more.
