ZMUX-124 is a high-performance 1+1 channel protection switching device that supports four‑channel E1 service protection—providing four primary E1 ports and four backup E1 ports. It is specifically designed to ensure the continuity and reliability of critical E1 services, such as mobile base station backhaul, vital dedicated lines, and video conferencing. By continuously monitoring the transmission quality of both primary and backup E1 channels, the device can automatically switch over without service interruption in ≤20 ms upon detecting a fault or performance degradation, meeting carrier‑grade transmission protection standards.

In addition, this product series includes models such as the ZMUX-121 (supporting 1 E1 protection channel), the ZMUX-122 (supporting 2 E1 protection channels), the ZMUX-128 (supporting 8 E1 protection channels), and the ZMUX-1200 (supporting 56 E1 protection channels), thereby meeting the protection requirements of businesses of varying scales.
