ZMUX-122 is a high-performance 1+1 channel protection switching device that supports dual‑E1 service protection—providing two primary E1 ports and two backup E1 ports. It is specifically designed to ensure the continuity and reliability of critical E1 services, such as mobile base station backhaul, dedicated leased lines, and video conferencing. By continuously monitoring the transmission quality of both primary and backup E1 links, the device can automatically switch over to the backup path within ≤20 ms in the event of a failure or performance degradation, meeting carrier‑grade transmission protection standards.

In addition, this product series includes models such as the ZMUX-121 (supporting 1 E1 protection channel), the ZMUX-124 (supporting 4 E1 protection channels), the ZMUX-128 (supporting 8 E1 protection channels), and the ZMUX-1200 (supporting 56 E1 protection channels), thereby meeting the protection requirements of businesses of varying scales.
